Installed RTRs Project X Bronco lights using HP.70s. These are really nice and won't need anymore lights I can see into the next county. They have built in DRLs too. @RTR Vehicles.

Yeah I will post back. I was back and forth on cost also, but it doesn't take much to add up if you starting buying multiple sets of smaller or cheaper lights and with these I wont be needing anything on my roof. I also did SSC2 pros for the ditch. This kit is top notch and all plug and play. Took my time but it has good directions. Can you post a photo of the light throw? Iāve been eyeing up the Project X lights but Iām undecided due to cost.

Direct power to battery lead, plug n play to upfiters and tie in to inside fuse box for DRLS.What is the amp draw on those lights? Do they come with the wire and plug?
Just looked at these on the RTR site. Also looked at my winch plate closely. Looks like I would have to completely remove my winch, my winch mounting plate and my bumper install the brackets then put bumper back on. This is because the mounting plate has different shackle mount points and it interferes with getting the inner torx out on the face of the bumper.Direct power to battery lead, plug n play to upfiters and tie in to inside fuse box for DRLS.
I'd be curious to know this too, especially since this 4x HP.70 no-drill mount setup came out: https://projectxoffroad.com/collect.../products/project-x-series-one-hp-70-cp538869Looks great. I was originally planning on adding some baja designs LP6 or LP9s in the same spot, Does anyone know how these project x lights compare to those?
I thought about upgrading from 2 to 4 but I have a turn14 winch plate that will work between the original bracket setup.I'd be curious to know this too, especially since this 4x HP.70 no-drill mount setup came out: https://projectxoffroad.com/collect.../products/project-x-series-one-hp-70-cp538869

Hello Gomezoscar and BroncoRaptor37,
While we do not make a bracket specifically to mount an LP6 on the modular bumpers, I recommend checking out these authorized dealers who do.
From a wattage standpoint, the HP70 120W is comparable to the 124W of our LP9. However, the LP6 offers a smoother spread, increased range, and enhanced peripheral illumination thanks to our Integrated Peripheral Technology (IPT). This means the LP9 will be able to perform significantly better. Hereās why:
The use of one LED and one optic will significantly limit your near-field, mid-field/distance. The mixture of 4 LEDs on our LP9 and LP6 results in superior performance and a better behind-the-wheel experience.
We incorporate a blend of LEDs across our OnX6+, XL Pro, XL 80, and the entire LP Series lights. This approach is necessary because no single LED can fulfill all the requirements for optimal forward projection. Moving forward, this same principle will extend to the S8 and our Sport Series, as our in-house engineering team collaborates closely with our LED manufacturer to develop next-generation LEDs that provide multiple beam patterns on one circuit board.
- 115-degree IPT uses 5w LEDs specifically designed for peripheral light.
- Wide Cornering Overlay is designed specifically around 20w LEDs for near to mid-field illumination.
- Midfield to distance is then designed around a completely different set of LEDs creating two additional degrees of pattern combined with a much deeper reflector equaling greater distance and smoother spread.
- The LP6 and LP9 also feature low-beam functionality for terrain that doesnāt require center beam intensity that can be a distraction at slower speeds.
