I have my original rack from a 4 door badlands non-SAS with 30k miles on it with tie rods if anyone's interested DM me an offer. Located in Los Angeles.
I pulled this off my 4 door 2021 Badlands non-sas that is a California car that had never been off road prior to removal - had about 35k miles at the time. Excellent condition, and a great backup to have on hand! Local pickup in Los Angeles 90049 or shipping available at buyer's expense.
Cross referencing the part numbers posted earlier, it looks like the silver paddles are actually from a Mustang?

That's a good approach! Also you could try a plastic welder / iron to flatten out the wound and then spot spray with some black textured paint. A ceramic coating on top of the flares might slightly reduce their tendency to get very minor gouges.
Any word on whether the part calibrated for non-Sasquatch Badlands and other previously non supported models has been released (in a way that doesn't potentially compromise safety systems like LKA, etc.)?

I'd be curious to know this too, especially since this 4x HP.70 no-drill mount setup came out: https://projectxoffroad.com/collections/lighting-systems/products/project-x-series-one-hp-70-cp538869
Looks great! I did the same thing with Plastidip glossy black. I put garbage inside the wheels to protect the brakes and masked the faces of the wheels. Came out looking the same. Cost was $20. Very easy to touch up, and most importantly, no anxiety about whether I would snap a torx bolt.
Picking up this thread 1 this is definitely a software issue for the car, so I will be specific about my conditions so someone @Ford can QA:
