Rough Country High Mount Winch Bracket

Installed RC high mount winch bracket with Badlands winch. I haven't cut bumper plastic trim yet. Any ideas on using a different material? Don't want to cut the factory trim pieces.

3d print would be my only idea. that or order a backup set and cut one.

honestly just flip those silver bolts out to black and it looks rugged. i like it. maybe ask @flip the bolt part numbers find a match in black.

I was wondering what it would look like without cutting and honestly I like it. Looks utilitarian I don’t need the plastic.

I'm going to cut mine. If I ever return to stock I'll buy new ones, but more than likely I'll upgrade to a new winch bumper one day and won't need them anyway.

They are cheaper to replace than go through having something else made or bought imo.

Can I ask, does your rig have the adaptive cruise control and if so are there any issues with it?

I don't have adaptive cruise control, so no issues there. I used my winch today on a logging trail in Mark Twain Forest. Got stuck in mud over front tires. Worked great.

I cut mine today as well, I wish they would have sent a pattern. The bottom cut could have been a little less.

That damn thing was heavy with the winch mounted. I have to be careful, the old lower back doesn't put up with that crap like it did in my 20s.

I have base model, so no camera to deal with.

It’s not too bad for parking etc. If I ever intend on rock climbing or steep trailing, I will relocate it.
