When I search I just get the bags that are included and how to store those.
Curious on other options. Has anyone seen or done anything different? I’m shocked there isn’t like a storage solution that pins under the backside of the roof or something.

I made up this rack for the panels. I didn't like using the storage bag for short drives and especially didn't want to give up ALL the cargo space to the panels.
It's a simple rack made from uni-strut, plywood, and outdoor carpet. Mounts using existing roof hold down bolts. Someday I'd like to redesign it to fold for easier r&r.

That's very well done. I've always lamented the awkward storage of the 2-door. It's always encouraging when someone finds innovative solutions.

I'm thinking both panels will fit standing up behind the rear seat, and a homemade vertical rack with some foam/carpet tacked on could keep them from getting dinged.

How about a pool noodle sectioned out to fit along the short edge of each panel and stand them up on the left (or right side of the back. Then just bungee them taught?

Gonna try that one eventually myself
