Roof accessory mount bolts

Tryna get my roof mount accessory bolts repaired but the dealer ship has been jerking me around for a month saying they can't fix it only way is to order a whole new cab. Not mine in pic just for reference

This has happened to someone else, where the drilled it out and welded in another post. Search this forum and you tube, I can’t remember where I read/saw it.
