Hi all. Need help finding this hose. Looks like it goes to the intercooler piping. Driving home on a road trip and it blew a hole. Labeled as part MB3G-6C646-AA. If I search the part number, all I’m given is the entire assembly (which is like $300 lol). All I need is this 6 inch piece of hose. It is just held on with hose clamps. Anyone dealt with this yet? Dealership said they would have to buy the whole assembly and I really don’t want to go through all that. Local parts stores were no help either. Thanks a bunch!

No idea what the diameter is, but something off Amazon like this is your best bet.

As you’ve already found out, Ford doesn’t sell that alone.

For the time being, I’d just wrap it tightly in duct tape if you’re still on the road and need to get home. It will probably work 🤷‍♂️

Thanks! I’ll see what I can find there and check diameters. I actually wound up wrapping it in aluminum tape and electrical tape. (It’s all I had on hand, don’t laugh lol) Alternated layers to try and add some strength. About to see if she holds so fingers crossed!

You could drive it to to a local parts store, unclamp it, walk in with it and have them match one for you.

I googled the part number and found several references to purchase. Should be easy with screw clamps.

So just wanted to follow up for anyone who may have to replace this hose in the future and comes across this post. Bought one off of Amazon for a reasonable price and snagged a couple new hose clamps. New hose works perfectly. The 2.3 uses a 2” inside diameter hose. Make sure you get one with a leg at least 7” long. You’ll have to trim some off both sides, but it’ll work out nicely! Held 18+ psi no problem!
