Rear wiper washer won't work

I can't get the rear wiper and washer to work. I'm going from a soft top to a "prepped" hard top. When I first set it up I had the wiper on wrong and it was in a bind. Now neither one works at all. I checked fuses under the hood and they look ok. Is there another relay or something I'm missing? Thanks for your help!
