SVC looks better than the rest of the rear bumpers currently available, and has a hitch option. If you'd like to paint it purple too you could tell SVC to provide it bare instead of powdercoated.I am still searching for the ideal rear bumper for my badlands. The problem I keep seeing on bumpers I like:
some don't accommodate the factory hitch (see SVC), some that look good all have sensor holes and there is no option to get it without sensor holes (see heftyfab), and everyone loves cutting their logo in the bumper somewhere which ruins the look. I like how SVC just places a tag logo on their bumper but no cutout. When you call these places they will not change what they offer, very cookie cutter.
I guess I will keep holding out for something. These two options (despite being very different designs) are the two I like the most). I do not like ADD or DV8. I don't understand anyone who manufactures things today and doesn't offer more options - why only one color for powder coat, and why not offer sensor and no sensor options (you're not spending more to cut holes for no sensors), and why not make your bumper compatible with the factory hitch like most do?
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Thanks - I did check with them but their bumper will not work with my factory hitch. Parking sensor holes are optional.
Correct. They conflict with the same area, so you just remove the factory piece and use the one from SVC.Thanks - I did check with them but their bumper will not work with my factory hitch. I don’t know why but that’s what they told me.
Here you go, with tailgate open.@Tishomingo More pics when you get a chance please! Also one pic with the tailgate open would be helpful. I'm most interested in this bumper, seems perfect and still retains the license plate.
Any issues with the sensors? This bumper is at the top if my list, but was curious with the sensors kind of angled up, if it would cause issues.ADD Bomber

Is that rear bumper heavy? Their front isnt. So I would assume the same for the rear. Here you go, with tailgate open.

So I actually have a sensor error since picking up the bronco with the new bumpers. Just made the 4 hour drive and left it over night to give 2 days to troubleshoot and they couldn’t figure it out. They told me to take it to a ford dealer near me to try and fix it.Any issues with the sensors? Well, that doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies, especially at the price point of the ADD bumpers. So I actually have a sensor error since picking up the bronco with the new bumpers. So fun… Not the tire or angle causing it because when the spare is off it’s the same fault.
It’s got to have been an installer issue not an ADD issue. The bumper is just steel.Well, that doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies, especially at the price point of the ADD bumpers.
@bronco_ed How is the setup holding up? Has the carrier sagged any or needed further adjustment post the washer shimming? Also, how much sag in the rear with the LOD setup?Ok! I took the spare tire back off and loosened the spindle and added a couple washers under the spindle at the top. That took care of the tilting back of the spare tire. It is now parallel with the tail gate. Now in terms of being parallel or level with the bumper, I have the wedge in a bit more and the drivers side is slightly higher. I am going to leave it like that for now to see if there is any “settling”.
All in all once you figure how how the tire carrier is suppose to close along with the gate it really is not that bad to adjust.
I am done with what I considered the difficult part. Now to finish the camera and brake light… no biggie for that.
Since the same scenario occurred with myself and “Tex”. I would recommend anyone doing the install to add a couple shims behind the top of the spindle right off the bat. If the angle is too close to the tailgate you can just remove the shims. I think it would be easier to remove than pull back apart to add.
Now to save up for the rack and gas can mounts.![]()
