There are 2 options to select in Forscan regarding timeout. Above the one for the actual time, you can enable/disable.
They must have gotten rid of that option, I don’t see it. What would be the proper code to set it to 18 hours? I tried to change the value from 4500 To 64800 but it made the 12v shut off instantly.

I'd prefer it to always be live, but 18 hours would be great, thanks. If anyone has a link to how to do this, please advise.
yep did it to 18 hours, but still I want it live all the time. I am going to rewrite it to be live soon.

When you do so, would you mind taking pictures of the code you end up writing? I want to do the same thing but the current forscan tutorials don’t include power point timeout

It’s easiest to start in the plain text side of things instead of in the “as built” version with the hex coding.
Go into the BdyCM (plain text, not as built), “Enable/Disable power point feature”:

Old Value: Enable

New Value: Disable

Doing it from the plain version simply makes it easier to get it right as all it really does is change the as-built accordingly. Not all things are formatted from the hex codes to plain text so for those you have to actually change the hex yourself. It’s nice that a lot of stuff was coded to plain text though for the Forscan amateur to make it more fool proof
Per usual I’d absolutely recommend creating a backup file for each module prior to making any change.

Awesome so disabling that option just makes the 12v ports always powered?

After several weeks of full time power, suddenly no power at the 12V outlets in cargo area and center console.
The 3 fuses in engine bay check out fine, so no idea what gives. Frustrating, and annoying to set up a dealer appointment for this.

No. Put the Bronco away for the last couple of weeks after discovering this. Waiting for appointment at dealship to get this checked out.
Over the phone they told me it could be a problem with a module, which is why fuses check out fine.

still haven’t figured out how to make it live all the time yet.

My 12v in the cargo stopped working too. Console works fine.

I’ve decided to install the ARB 12v outlet and wire loom directly to the battery - it’s a much more robust gauge.

There’s a simple way in the plain text version..

BdyCM (plain text, not as-built), Enable/Disable power point feature:

Old Value: Enable

New Value: Disable

Keeps it on 24/7

Yep the disable feature works fine. I'm running a small compressor fridge that I use to keep cold water available. Runs all the time and have had no issues.

Is this still the case? I want to do this to my 2023 Wildtrak this weekend as a temp solution until I can hardwire a dedicated plug back there like on my other rig. I am even okay with the 17-18 hour solution for the time being, but reading mixed results on if it still works or not.
