Has anyone upgraded the base model mirrors to the ones with the turn signal built into them? I know the mirrors get power, but I dont know if theres a separate wire or run for the turn signal. Thanks in advance.

There are no broncos with that feature (I am not speaking for the Braptors, those I have no clue on). You could be confusing the zone lighting feature as a turn signal.Has anyone upgraded the base model mirrors to the ones with the turn signal built into them? I think the decision was that these are just marker lights due to the width of the Braptor and do not flash with the turn signals, but I could be mistaken.Ah it does appear to be a Braptor thing. Interesting.![]()
Anyone managed to install the “Braptor side mirrors” with a “non-Braptor Bronco side mirrors”?Ah it does appear to be a Braptor thing. Interesting.![]()
I believe there is an aftermarket option. Maybe @ORACLE LightingCan you add the turn signal light mirrors to a base Bronco?
those aren’t really “Ditch” lights on the side of the mirrors - they turn off if you exceed like 5mph which which makes the pretty useless. I wish there was a way to override that in speed limit in FORScan but there isn’t AFAIK.This what comes with High/Lux Broncos.

They are not intended just for zone lighting. They can be turned on independently while driving with the buttons next to the headlamp switch, while driving.those aren’t really “Ditch” lights on the side of the mirrors - they turn off if you exceed like 5mph which which makes the pretty useless. Ford calls them “Spot“ lights, and used for zone lighting to light up the surroundings when parked.
