Hi all!!

Long time lurker first time poster!
I have a 24 SAS outerbanks, with ARB summit. front bumper and Zenith rear bumper. I am just wondering what you guys suggest for a lift to get this to run 37s. It will mostly be a pavement princess for now... My current plan is to do bilstein 6112's front and rear, keep the stock SAS wheels, The teraflex HD tierods and steering rack upgrade and paring this with the ARB UCA. Is there anything else I need? Please let me know what the best solution is! Will the 6112s be able to handle the weight of the bumpers?? I also plan to add the tailgate reinforcement too!

I appreciate any and all advice!!
kindly,
CT

Mine is a 23 badlands w Sasquatch and I used JKS kit. I have stock Sasquatch wheels, and used 1.25ā€ (or was it 1.5ā€?) bora wheel spacers to avoid rub.

I’ve got the Dobinsons MRR adjustable coilovers, icon tubular UCAs, the adjustable track bars etc. the Dobinsons is a modest lift over Sasquatch.

learned the hard way my first gen dv8 inner fender liners would rub, most on front outer corner at full lock in reverse.

I do have Anderson composites fenders which offer more clearance - I wheel, so wanted to assure I didn’t have unwanted wheel to body impacts at full stuff.

ordered a small thickness body spacer kit, never used it.

3ā€+ lift, JKS kit, 3/4ā€+ wheel spacers, track bar relocation bracket, upper control arms, maybe diff drop, should get ya close to not rubbing…good luck!

I have ProComp coil overs and just needed a 1ā€ body lift (I installed 3/4ā€ but rubbed just a bit in the rear at full stuff and added a tophat spacer). The fender liner bracket was all I really needed out of the JKS kit.

That is with the ProComps at minimum lift. i do have aftermarket wheels that are +18 or 0 offset, not sure which, but no spacer

I went with the ProComp adjustable coilovers so around 2" over Sas up front and 1" over Sas in the rear. Stock UCA's and I already had the ProComp 17x9 -6 offset wheels. You'll want the rear trackbar relocation bracket but your biggest issue will be keeping the stock Sas wheels. If you go with a 0 to -6 offset you won't rub and the aftermarket wheels will be around 10 lbs lighter than stock so that will help offset the extra weight of the 37's.

Thank you all to have replied here so far!!!! I am leaning towards doing the readylift sst with the HD UCA and looking at some wheels to make the transition easier... what do we think of this?? or is the coilover my best bet with the weight... I would also do the JKS max tire clearance kit too.

I will recommend going to higher quality coilovers than your stock ones, especially with heavier 37ā€s…
