Problem with mabett taillights

I think a little dialing back needs to be done.

It's the silly season. Many companies have dial-back things, as people are out for the holidays

Going into a tantrum of not getting a reply fast enough for an item you wanted a replacement for is not the way to go. The item was faulty. It started to smoke. Which to me says wire faults. (BTW that does not mean it's on fire as you imply) So take the item off, disconnect it, and send back to the person what you have found. More importantly, WAIT FOR A REPLY. This Ryan person has family too. He may have taken a few days of PTO. He may not even look at text or email during this time.

Your tailighs not working, is not stopping you from driving the vehicle. Put your OEM back on. Also, the manufacturer did not make your Bronco a wide body. So because it will take a few extra steps for you, well that's the price of doing business.

All manufacturers can make mistakes. The point of them sending you items is for you to test and send a review. IMO you have gone about this in a way not helpful to you or your sponsor. Perhaps you should reconsider sponsorship with Mabbet.

Did you email them?

Many vendors don’t utilize Facebook Messenger as their primary means of contacting customers. It’s really not uncommon for them to take a very long amount of time to respond, if they do at all on Facebook Messenger.

Sure have but before this incident they would reply in a timely manner but when I told them about the fire smoke thats when they went silent and it shows the are seeing the messages

Out anything like I said I had my 11yr son with me whwn it started smoking on highway that is my issue but thats for proof reading

Yes Im serious. At 11yrs old I was learning to drive, learning mechanics, and new how to handle fires and emergencies. Yes Im one of those who feel kids these days are coddled and soft.

TBH, I've only gotten interior stuff from mabett like the mat covers for the back seat and storage dividers. Anything else it's a hard pass, especially electrical.

Still waiting on JW speaker or any other manufac. not oracle, to put out rear tailights even though the OEM are actually nice.

You got them free, just use your OEM ones until something else that catches your eye.
