Pre-collision assist Not available alert keeps going off. Sometimes I go 3 hours without it and sometimes it alerts every constant, even when turned

This “pre collision assist not available” alert goes off every 30 seconds sometimes despite no obstruction. Ford dealer says they can see no problems with the electronics so I’m kind of at a loss. I have the alert turned off in settings but the “not available” alerts keep going alarming. It’s so obnoxious I don’t want to drive. Brand new 23 wildtrak. Any ideas?

Build up of mud or dirt on the sensor? Had it happen a few times in snow when it got built up on the sensor...

My windshield camera just went out and now I have the pre collision fault on every start up. I wonder if yours is about to fail.

Mine is now having that error on every start up. Previously it would happen once every few months and I would simply turn off the ACC and use normal cruise control, but now it wont even let me use 'Normal' Cruise control.

I have a lift with larger tires, but it worked fine for the first 3 weeks.

I had to have a cable replaced. Initially they tried to repair a sensor but ultimately they ordered and installed a new cable, and problem solved.

I swear I had this once and I just had to clean the front camera off. It was so dusty on the trail I was on.

Very curious what you had done so I can inform my dealer. My new vehicle is exhibiting the same issue. Do you recall if the brake light stayed on when you had the condition? Appreciate any help you might be able to share.
