Years ago I saw an ad for a vehicle that interested me. Figured out who the dealer was and called them directly not the number in the ad. It was their ad that was stolen

I'd say it's not someone from the US since they typed 30.000 instead of 30,000. Someone with half an education (ok, maybe 3/4 of an education) from the US would type it as $30,000, or at least as 30,000$ if they were more on the dimmer side.
