I mean, you do you, but you don’t have a V10…

Nevertheless, they are a cool badge. I don’t think anyone would do anything to your vehicle because of that, but they may wonder why it’s on there (but that’s their problem).

I'm sure a lot of people were pissed when they put a Bronco badge on a Ranger back in the '80's. And today the baseline ~is~ the Ranger.

So...

Same for the Silverado. Was once the upscale C10. Now? Not so much.

Nevertheless, they are a cool badge. I don’t think anyone would do anything to your vehicle because of that, but they may wonder why it’s on there (but that’s their problem).

I almost put them on my wife old company car. A chevy spark ev with a 90 mile range and that is if you didn't use the heater.

I will occasionally respond if I don’t like something. They did ask right? But I will mention I appreciate anyone doing mods to vehicles.

I myself can appreciate the work, creativity, attention to detail etc. that went into modding a vehicle without wanting that mod done to my own. Many times discretion is called for and I don't comment at all if I can't find something constructive to say. I always try to be a decent person and treat others the way I want to be treated....But, when someone asks if I like their new 24" rims or their 42" tires on their Bronco and I respond with it doesn't make me a hater!

I say do what you like. If you're intentions are to get the look you want then why not. I have been debating for a while whether to replace my badlands grill with a faux Braptor grille. Not because I want my rig to look like a Braptor but because I love the FORD letters on the grille. Some will say that's being a poser. To each their own in the the end.
