Agree, looks like some kind of contamination that got painted over.

Would this be fixable under warranty? It's clearly pre-existing and not like finding a scratch later that could have come from anywhere.

The upper hinge on my gate looks to be unfinished. Doesn’t seem to be a bubble or potential peeler, just unfinished surface. Is that possible? It doesn’t bother me so long as it doesn’t cause any problems; it’s like a beauty mark to me.
