OEM skid plate kit bolts

Does anyone know if the OEM kit comes with bolts? If not, does anyone have the part numbers or sizes so I can source them?

Background is I ordered the kit on the Ford Accessories site. Box on a pallet on a second pallet came in all messed up. Collapsed, multiple re-wraps with clear packing wrap and holes in the sides of the box taped over. The package definitely looked opened and abused and no bolts with it. Parts guy can't find any info on if it was supposed to come with bolts and can't find any part numbers for the individual bolts. Since he didn't want to put any effort into helping out, I told him I was refusing to accept the kit as I had no way to mount a couple of them without the bolts.

Just answered my own question (partially). Yep the kit should come with a bag of hardward and found a YT video of one couple unboxing the kit and there was the bag with the hardware. Had a part number on it (MB3z-5D032-ESUB). Their box and pallet had several U-shaped board supports along the box (mine did not) and the box had a bottom (mine did not). Clearly the warehouse took one kit back and didn't inspect it and sent it right back out. Lazy warehouse, lazy dealer for not inspecting the package on receipt and not checking it before I got there (5 days later). This one is going back by the dealer and Ill have to order or source a new kit.

Ouch, yeah I ordered a winch kit too. I’m about unbox it and verify it’s all there. The parts guy said it’s a very common problem for them on large items.
