Originally a Big Bend with 255/75-17 tires.

I am battling speedometer correction for oversize tires.

My current tires are 285/70-17. = 32.7” diameter

When I input the actual diameter of 32.7” of the tire, my speedometer ends up reading 3mph faster than gps.

For a test i Then I went up in diameter to 33.9 and now the speedometer reads 2 mph faster than the gps. 😳

i am going to later today run two gps’s and see if it’s the same or a gps issue.

Houston, the Eagle has landed!
Received delivery of my Flashcal+ this afternoon. Had already downloaded the Flashcal+ App from the Apple App Store for my iPhone and set up an account with Superchips. The App is also available for Androids.

Followed the Flashcal+ Quick Start Guide found online at Holley > Flashcal+ > Tech Resources to get the SC-Mod dongle talking to my iPhone and Bronco. The dongle connected to my iPhone nearly instantly after plugging it into the OBD port, pressing the vehicle On button without my foot on the brake (dongle indicated double blue flashes meaning it was discoverable via Bluetooth), and then starting the FC+ App. Solid blue light on the dongle indicated it was connected to the iPhone Flashcal+ App via Bluetooth.

Then following @Superchips_Mktg advice, I immediately selected "Update Device." From the Settings menu (upper left corner of the FC+ App), scroll down to Device > Update Device. It took a few minutes to transfer a variety of new files, configs and modes to the dongle.

After that, it was just a matter of using the FC+ App to configure the available Vehicle Options the way I wanted them and uploading the changes via the App and the SC-Mod dongle to my Badlands. The FC+ App then indicated "In order for the updates to complete, please disconnect your device, close the application, plug your device back in, and restart the application."
Did so, then I shut off the Bronco, closed the app, and removed the dongle.
Started the Bronco and all changes were in effect.

Changes made:
• Added Sport Mode to my Badlands as God, Donald Frey, Paul Axelrad and Lee Iacocca originally intended for a Bronco. Sport Mode restores the throttle response that Normal Mode lacks, not to mention crisper shifts and stiffer steering at speeds. Woohoo!
I missed Sport Mode after having it for a decade in my last F-150.
Thank you Superchips!!

• Disabled the annoying double-honk when the fob leaves the Bronco while it's running.
• Tweaked the Power Point Timeout.
• Required a Panic button double press for the alarm.

All in all I'm very happy with the Superchips Flashcal+!
Great automated bang for the buck and without having to mess around with a flukey PC laptop and FORScan spreadsheets.

Looking forward to any additional functions Superchips adds to the Flashcal+ in the future.
(How 'bout Sport Mode defaulting to 2WD, and the current gear always displayed in the instrument cluster.)
Great review, thanks for the feedback!

Are you using our Flashcal+ to change the tire size?
The Tire Size Wizard should nail this for you in one shot.

I couldn't get the global windows UP to work. I used the dongle/app to change it to enabled but the windows come down but don't go back up. I submitted my data and emailed to support. I could be doing the keyfob wrong. I've tried the doorlock press and hold for longer than 5 seconds. NADA. I've tried the rapid double click and hold for longer than 5 seconds. NADA. How is it supposed to work?

Also, having added the subwoofer speaker and amp to the originally listed but deleted on my 2023 window sticker--how do you control/blend the sub speaker? Thanks.
We'll check out the bug report and see if we cant sort out why its not working for you.

I am but have only tried the speedometer correction tab and manually input tire size.

I need to try the tire wizard. I assume it needs to be run while driving the vehicle. I’ll try it later today

i’m sure it’s operator error 😂😂

Nope, I tried that too, but thanks! But I've heard back from tech support already. Disconnect battery, put your left in, put your left out, do the hokey pokey and then reconnect the battery. I will try that tomorrow morning I have too little pokey let for today.

Okay......here we go.

I got in in hours ago and did the update, then proceeded to change tire diameter, and install SPORT mode, and reset my TPMS warning levels....that is all.
I now had to relearn my TPMS due to it going blank and I have the WRENCH!!!!

U0403 and Service 4X4 / Service Soon is now screaming at me.
I removed the SPORT and reset TPMS and it still has errors!
I show NO POWER to the front wheels in 4A/4H/4L on power distro on dash.
Oh I also have my SIRIUS XM stuck on a sucky channel now as well.

What the heck guys!?!?!?

How do I reset back to original settings??

Any advice @Superchips_Mktg ?????

I am not pleased thus far.....to say the least. If it breaks my 4X4 and Sirius........Houston, we have a problem.

//UPDATE//

I feel Like I'm back on the flight line....troubleshooting. Lol

The SIRIUS XM came back on line after setting off for a while. The Power Distro still showed NO power to the front in all trans case modes. I did verify by feel/sound, and the 4X4 page to confirm it WAS INDEED in 4X4, regardless of PD indication. 🤔
I went with the Tire Wizard to recal, and after I stopped and let it update only a 2% diff, it seems to have cleared the WRENCH! YAY!! 🤗

I will now see if uploading the SPORT will allow a smooth transition. 😬
BTW....that mode is a tune in itself folks....noticeable power, throttle and shift difference! 🤙

More to come........

//UPDATE 2.0//

Went back out and uploaded the SPORT and disabled ECCO, and EVERYTHING seems to be working now.....Whooow!

Confirmed no wrench....deleted from memory, and G2G.

Seems the Tire Wizard was key on clearing the transition glitch of U0403!

Me happy now....

Received my unit yesterday, wouldn’t work. Call support who told me the server was down, try again tomorrow. Today I read the recommendation to update the device. Did that and everything worked fine.

No more seat chimes or honking when out of the Bronco with the fob, now two presses for panic and I added the sport mode. Just wish I could eliminate the start/stop.

This was a good purchase and easy to use once updated.

I seriously need to stay off of this website! 💸💰💰💰 Order one today. Don't really need it, but there were a few things it does that I was afraid to tackle with Forscan. I also like that they are working on more modifications. I believe it was motioned earlier, but if you have a hard time creating a log in, check to make sure that you don't already have one by using the "Forgot Password". I already had a log in, and forgot that I did.

Believe it is only for Jeep/Ram based on what it says.
I received mine today and programmed only using the large dongle.
