Full size? You’d be the first I’ve heard of other than the raptor.
I think people are talking about two different modes. One is a tow/haul mode (as some companies call it) that is often used for towing trailers and large loads and the other is tow mode that allows the vehicle to be towed. The Bronco has the latter.

Yup, full sized. That's why I bought the Bronco, so I could tow it.
Do you run a charge wire to the Bronco while towing?

Don't let the Bronco's battery voltage get too low or it will drop out of tow mode and destroy the transmission.

Yes, Tow/Haul is being confused with Flat Tow Mode.

There is a feature on the towing side on the bronco that once you plug into the lighting (connect trailer to truck) it shuts off the rear prox alarms, and may effect shift ranges on the A/T. It will also gripe at you constantly if your lighting isn't good or grounds are bad. It finds ANY issue with your trailer. Lol I still need to fix one of my lights.

If there's a feature or option that you don't see listed, but would love to have, we'd love to hear it!
I may have missed it in all this chatter.......but is there an additional cost on the vehicle tune downloads " In-App Purchase Tuning Upgrade Options " ?? What tunes comes with the initial purchase and what is an upgrade? If so, what's the cost?

When I ordered from the website, it looked like Jeeps had that option, but hasn't been released for the Bronco yet.

So putting in this tow mode interesting to me. I put a hitch 7 pin harness which ford has and a control module where it should be placed. Also the redarc brake controller. Now is this tow mode what will make the control module functional. From the conversations here I see this is done in forscan but I don’t have enough acumen to do it in forscan or dtps myself or wealth to take it to dealership for just that.

No, the tow mode published by Super Chips in this thread does not program the tow module for the trailer lights.
You would have to either program through Forscan or a dealer, as you stated.
I think I paid $170 for the dealership to do it, but it was a while ago.
Check with your local dealer for a quote to just program the tow module. You can use Ford Pass Points if you have them, that's what I did.
Good luck!

I do have a 12 volt line to keep the battery charged and a voltage monitor on the battery that I read on a gauge in the motorhome. I always watch the voltage.

We have towed our Bronco over 5000 miles already with no issues.

I also have the Air Force 1 air braking system installed.

I bought the product back in 2022 to get rid of the auto start/stop along with a few other things. It worked perfectly (thank you). I’m a bit confused by a couple of your posts. Is the disable auto start/stop still an option in the most recent model years or not (2023 and up)? Did Ford take that option away? I’d hate to get a new 2026 and find out you can’t disable that.
For 23+ models, it just doesn't work as expected, and causes issues with the BMS. Disabling that leaves a light on the dash.

This is nice. Worth it not to have to pull the laptop out. Now what would be REALLY amazing is if we could buy a second license and use it on, let's say, a Mustang Darkhorse.......

The ability to make changes on another Ford vehicle with one programmer.....Much like how the RTD works for tuning. Something to consider: SuperCHips
F150 coverage will likely be next. From there, who knows...but we're with you!
