I’d like to know if this $199 is a perpetual license or if there is a subscription fee on top for updates.

Examples: One profile for daily driving, one for winter mode, another for off roading, etc.

Repurpose this feature for snap shooting your defaults.

So, first time you install + it snapshots all your current settings into “user defaults”. From there we’d be able to create 1 to many other profiles for our personal needs.

today it will save one profile per vehicle, we can certainly look into adding more!

Also - any way to use it to program auto hold on the brakes?

This was asked by Mr Nick on page 3 of this thread but I didn’t see a response after reading through all 14 pages so far. This referring to the lane change signal flashes when you push the turn signal partially down without fully engaging the turn signal. I believe forescan can make this change.

......I have the 2.7 in my 2DR Basesquatch and I have both of these features. Don't know if the 2.3 has them. They work nice.

Two things: I think the earlier post was requesting “stop and go” cruise control for heavy traffic. I read somewhere, probably in these forums, that stop and go can be enabled with FORscan, but that it sometimes caused error lights and stuff.

trail control is only available with the 2.7; I drove a 2.3 at the off-roadeo and they told us that the 2.3 didn’t have trail control. And it’s kind of the opposite of cruise control, it prevents you from going faster than what you set it for when going downhill. I’ve used it on trails “in real life” but I don’t particularly care for it because it’s a little jerky.

Both 2.3 and 2.7 have trail control. Trail one pedal drive is only available on the 2.7.
Not sure why both don't have trail one pedal drive now that both engines now have the electric brake booster.

Before electronics I just used both feet to drive off road, when needed. One on the brake and one on the gas. It "loads" the suspension, most times while on the rocks. Helps to hold the position and not roll forward or backward.

Much like the trail turn assist, sure is nice to not have to make a 17 point turn, might not use them much but they come in handy.
