Named my 72 Mach1 "Jessica" after the Alman Brothers song and because I had never dated a Jessica so I had no animosity for the name. Lol Named my restored 1946 Philco fridge that's painted to match it "Clara". Named my 23 Kioti RX7320 tractor "Loretta". My Bobcat UV3400 diesel side by side is Vidalia", after the song. And my 24 WildTrak is "Betty Lou", named after the twin sister in Toby Keith's "As Good as I Once Was"...

Why does it have to have a name? It’s like Harley or sport bike riders that give their bikes a name. Or call it she or he.

I don’t believe they come sexed from the factory. Name it or refer to it as she or he and you won’t be able to really use it for what it was intended in most cases. And this creates mall crawlers.

Seen this many time with Harley and sport bike riders. Name it, sex it and you won’t be able to throw it in the ground when you need to. You won’t be able to push it to the designed limit or past it.

Can't tell if you're joking or if this is just the dumbest post ever.

I call mine 'Money Grubbing Whore' because no matter how much I spend on it, it wants more.

(joking)

I am honestly against naming vehicles. I know people like to do it. I find it strange to refer to it in any other name than 'Bronco'. Same with personalized license plates. I have OCD and anything I would be able to get on a license plate, I would get sick of seeing it. So prefer a randomly generated license plate. Plus don't want to give the DMV additional money.

Honestly, my wife names her cars and I have never named a car until my X5M when my kid was watching something that had a German character named Klaus so the bimmer was named Klaus. When I picked up the Bronco, the kid said it was blue like Gonzo, which reminded me of Dr. Gonzo (Hunter S. Thompson) and I searched if anyone made cool stickers to match my strange mind. I found one online and the rest is history.
