Really interesting article revealing the past history of his U13. While it no longer looks like a traditional U13, the VIN proves otherwise. With the unique Marti report, it very well might be the rarest U13 as the subset of U13's purchased by the government and have survived make it stand apart from traditional retail orders of U13s.
