While I know it’s not the most accurate I use this iPhone decibel meter for relative measurements and hold the mic of the phone by my right ear to take readings.

At 70 my 4 door non-sasq outer banks is consistently 83 dB on studded cooper snow claws.

Sasquatch Wildtrak 4 door is 3 dB higher at 86 dB on stock Goodyear m/t, also at 70 mph.

My old bronco sport was 78 dB at 70 mph.

That means the Wildtrak is almost twice as loud than a bronco sport which checks out. I have started to put some of the weather stripping mods on my Wildtrak and it made maybe 1 dB of difference, but seemed to reduce some of the higher frequency obnoxious noise more than that.

TLDR...

I couldn't answer the poll. Every vehicle has wind noise.

Also, there are multiple types of wind noise too.

There is that from the flow around the vehicle and top, transmitted through the top, then there is the flow from leaks in seals/windows. Everyone knows what those sound like from a "whistling" slightly cracked window. Of course our rigs are not supposed to have any of those but we definitely are not so lucky...

I'll also add that I have driven my Raptor with and without the (optional but free when I ordered) MIC top sound insulation kit (or whatever FMC called it...). My service dealer forgot to put in a new replacement kit when I got a new top due to serious waffle/core
"imprinting". It makes a very large/noticeable improvement.

I have a a 4 dr. MIC. I used to think that the wind noise wasn't bad at all. At 80 mph I could have a conversation in a normal tone. Now that I have 50,000 miles on it, there is a lot of wind noise. That same conversation ends at probably 50 mph. Maybe the seals wear out or get loose in time. Eventually I'm going to take my top off to see if it needs to be readjusted.
