I don't watch the tach when starting off. I listen to the engine and pay attention to how the vehicle is reacting. I look where I'm going instead of at the tach.

There is no need to watch the tach when starting off, unless you don't know what you're doing.

Go into the settings and turn off the hill hold assistant. It’ll stop that from happening!

He's talking about anti-stall, not hill hold.
Anti-stall drives me crazy, it constantly bumps the throttle in traffic, while backing up, and during more precise driving like technical off-roading. I'm still looking for a hack to disable it.

Yeah i’ve found turning off the hill hold turns off the auto stall rev management too. I’ve killed my bronco leaving my job with a 9% grade multiple times
