whatever you do....DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM A DEALERSHIP. Order what you want online yourself, then search and pick the best dealership for you. There was a list of dealerships that were guaranteed NOT to charge any markups. But you need to verify for yourself.

Noted! Thank you! As far as I know they are only adding a over MSRP charge of $3500 for custom orders which is a huge deterrent for me

Test driving a 2dr Wildtrack Sas with the 2.7 this weekend, this particular vehicle is out of my range but I found the same one only newer and less miles for a better deal. Only thing is I’d have to have it shipped 🄓

Right now I’m heavily leaning towards the 2dr but we’ll see. Still gotta clean up the Jeep and list it hoping it sells quickly and for close to asking price.

If I have to build and custom order one that’ll change my plans. Probably Black Diamond with Sas package or a non Sas badlands,
I have a non sas BL 7mt which I am considering selling....don't have it advertised anywhere, but I'm buying a house, and some stuff has to go! PM me for deets!

Hello from Reno,
First time posting here. I currently own a 20’ Jeep JLU. Love my Jeep but I’ve been itching for a Bronco. I’ll have to sell the Jeep to buy the Bronco. Right now I’ve got major upgrades to the Jeep and am running 37’s and am used to having front and rear lockers.
I don’t think I need to run 37’s on the Bronco but I 100% want 35’s minimum.

So I’ve got a question about the Bronco lineup. First is the only way to get the front and rear locker to go with the Sasquatch package?

Since I can’t seem to leave things stock I’d hate to get the Sas package just to remove the parts.
I do know I would want to get rid of the factory rake tho.

I’m highly considering getting a 2dr manual. Also I’m not into rock crawling but love to get the wide and pups out exploring, mostly Easy and medium trails right now with the Jeep. (Can’t afford to break it, still have to drive to work on Monday 🤣🄓)

Any advice is appreciated, I used the search function to try to get an answer to my question but didn’t find exactly what I was looking for.

Thanks!
You can't go wrong with the Raptor.

I’m sort of same use case as you. If you are doing mild trails I highly doubt you need a front locker. I’d just get a Big Bend manual (add rear locker) and pick up a cheap set of badlands shocks on marketplace before you throw 35s on it. Get a ford tuner to adjust your speedo and ramp up the power. Imagine that will take you as far as you could ever need it to.

After learning lessons the hard way with the Jeep I’ve really become a fan of buy once cry once. And I’d rather have the lockers and not need them than not have them and need them. The other factor is the snow we get sometimes up here, can’t hurt to be over prepared.

You want 4A (4 wheel advanced, basically all wheel drive) and I'd say you'd want the 4.7 gearing ratio the BL or WT with Sasquatch gives you (the 4.7 will spin those bigger tires better). If you're not going to wheel hard, all the better in a sense, since then you can take advantage of the full warranty. If you are going to replace some things, or don't feel you need them (like skid plates on a BL), take them off sooner than later so you can sell them as new.

There is something to be said about ordering a vehicle that stays under warranty. Front lockers are probably the iffiest (I've only used them twice in a year of off roading), so YMMV. But try to get a model that has 4A and the 4.46 or 4.7 gear ratio.

After waiting forever I found a Big Bend with Sasquatch and 2.7 on the lot…it has been a great ā€starting pointā€ā€¦I don’t need or want all the extra electronics (do wish it had the aux switches)…floor mats and seat covers are cheap…no need to throw out the Sasquatch stuff…3ā€ ā€œspacerā€ lift really made a difference off road and did not really hurt the excellent (over a jeep) ride or handling much…wife even talks about how comfortable it … v6 has good power too…not in a big hurry to swap to 37s (with stock Sasquatch wheels + spacers) but on the list…these things get pricy fast…too bad the base trim is gone and ya can’t get a 2 dr big bend anymore. I guess the black diamond is the next best but there is little difference in price between a BD Sasquatch and a non Sasquatch BD…Ford just keeps making it harder…good luck!
