Because its discontinued, also discontinued from buying individual parts across the board. They could pull it up and show the part, but once you clicked to get into the parts order page it says its no longer available. That is from my local Ford dealer parts manager.

No separate parts for this,not even the bolts. If one of these guys can`t help you,calling Warn would be your best bet.

OP, My apologies for taking so long. here are the drawings for the brackets you mentioned. Let me know if there are any other measurements. Most of the measurements are the same between the two except for the position of the stud and the cut off corners on the one. the face view is on the side the stud sticks out of the bracket. The stud looks similar to a wheel stud, wide head on back, splined press fit, then threads.

I forgot to mention, they are made from 1/4 inch (6.5mm) steel
