now that i have a BB not a base, i have the proximity unlock, which is nice. however i also have a manual, so no more scheduled starts in the morning to warm up.
i had adjusted my prior GTI with vagcom (forscan for VW) to lock with the engine running.
to my surprise, the bronco also did the same. if you’re next to it the prox will work, but i tested it 15 feet away and the vehicle stayed locked.
can anyone tell me if that is normal behavior because this is a used BB manual. just curious if anything else might’ve been adjusted.
