Recently purchased a 2024 Outer Banks with the Sasquatch package.

Immediately put a 3” BDS lift with fox coil overs and 37s.

Put it back together…The driver and passenger CV started knocking. The “adrenaline package” shafts that came on it are 29.5” and significantly longer than all the others.

OEM replacements are on back order. Been looking for alternatives to “Frankenstein” this… I’ve ordered a few to test fit and go from there. Still waiting for some to come in.

looked into the wild track option, as well as the raptor with the assumption that they would be longer…they aren’t.

Ordering outside of Ford so far hasn’t been helpful either.

Any suggestions?

Part AD is the original
The shorter in the same photo is aftermarket
And the two with boxes are also shorter, from Wildtrack and Raptor

Raptor attaches entirely different so it’s a No and IWE… but was worth the attempt.

Adrenaline package is just a code word for sasquatch package.
I'm not sure why they are different or what they changed from older model year axles, but those may work.

The MB3W-3A428-Q is not for a Sasquatch equipped Bronco, it is for an M190 diff passenger side.

The MB3W-3A427-B is not for a Sasquatch equipped Bronco, it is for an M190 diff driver side.

My guess is that you may have tightened your lower control arms with the Bronco in the air and suspension fully drooped. You need to loosen those lower control arm bolts and have the weight of the Bronco on the ground before tightening.

The shafts are different lengths for the m190 and m210 - at least the drivers side

So the m210 axle will fit in the splines on the wheel and the m190 diff, it won’t lock in the diff - it’s about 1” too long.

M210 is the SAS / Badlands FDU with electric locker. All others without the front locker are m190

There are also Spicer Extreme front axles - those have a different spline than the OEM and won’t work without the corresponding Extreme m210 FDU to go with it

Very common for lift or front suspension install to take out a CV, unfortunately

There are different part numbers for newer models now also. For instance, A 24 Sasquatch doesn’t have the same axles as a 22. So Ford must’ve changed something.
