Better than a $20,000 part with large, complcated installation that the manufacturer tried to blame defects on Temu Loctite.

My experience with them was that they usually had the initial reply within two business days. I bought what is probably the same set and the grill lights they were offering at the same time shipped separately. I had emailed to see what was going on and reply time was not unreasonable.

I filed a claim on their website for a grill light that took on water the first time the Bronco was washed. It took about 3 messages over a week or two to get a reply that they had asked the manufacturer to send them a replacement which they will send me when they receive it. I learned my lesson.

Ac couple of days and still waiting for any follow up from these guys...pathetic...live & learn that the last business they'll ever get from me.
