One of the fog lights I purchased had a bulb go out 1st week...I'm now about a month into waiting for the replacement...just went to my badlands and one of the grille lights is filled with condensation. All their responses are automated call they take messgaes.

LESSON LEARNED...avoid at all costs!!!!!

I was looking at one of their trail marker sets for my Raptor and everyone on the Bronco FB page told me to stay away from LED Factory as it was Chinese crap. Guess this just solidifies that decision.

I've got a set that I bought soon after I ordered the Bronco. The grilled lights took forever to arrive although the dogs arrived very fast.

I had no issues with the email times since their day roughly matched my overnight schedule. Never attempted calling...

Well see how they hold up once my Bronco arrives in a few weeks...

I bought the grill lights from this outfit for my ‘24 badlands, the depth of the lights ran into the panel behind the grill not allowing it to snap in place, took forever to arrive, Chinese junk!
