Las Vegas Off-Rodeo Report

As I wrote in another post here:

"I just got back from the Las Vegas Off-Rodeo. It was really excellent as a training course for how to use the Bronco's tech and how to drive trails. I learned a lot. The site is excellent, with a range of trails from easy to 5-6 at the max. I did harder stuff than I ever dared to in any past vehicle, thanks to the Bronco's capabilities and the instructor being right there to guide me."​

The day started out with a talk about the Bronco's features so we'd know what they are when it came time to use them. Then it was off to the trails. I got to use a Badlands Sasquatch 10-speed, about the closest I could reasonably get to my own Badlands non-Sasquatch 7-speed.

Let the BRaptor fans drool:

Didn't see any, but heard them off in the distance.

We were being watched to make sure we'd honor the Bronco heritage.

On the trail!

It was well worth it!

So much fun. And you lucked out, when I went they did not have any of the two door Broncos available. I did enjoy experiencing a 4 door to see the difference.

I really liked the LV Off Rodeo. Did it before I even got the Bronco delivered. Like at least a year before. Ha. Not planned of course. I naively thought I’d have it sooner. I also drove a 2dr for fun. Enjoyed it. But I gotta haul some kids skiing so stuck with the 4dr

We did the Bronco Raptor course last year and were very happy with it. It got my wife out of her comfort zone and she still talks about it.
