Hey all,

New Bronco comes in soon (in theory). I want to keep it pristine for as long as possible.

What are your 'must have's? Sill protector, cargo protector, dash protector, center console protector, etc. (links appreciated)

Mine will be a shadow black with black vinyl interior, so sleek and simple is my vibe.

What do you wish you had done differently? What are you happy that you did do? What did you do that wasn't needed?

Steps and grab handles for most people. Nothing else much matters if you can't get in it.

I wish I'd had a dash protector when I loaned it to my Dad to move 8' lumber with. Also packout crates full of ammo will in fact scratch the sides of the cargo area. As far as serious advice, mudflaps front and rear definitely keep more rocks from hitting the paint on gravel roads, and I wish I'd ordered them new, or at least before I did ceramic coating.

Cargo area Velcro covers and all around floor mats, mudflaps if you don’t like paint dings, center console snap on cover (looks like tire tread), windshield sun visor, grab handles all around, radio screen gorilla glass, ppf, front aero deflector, window tint (if not already), and a lot of luck.

Don't try to protect it so much you fail to enjoy the bronco.

Sill Protector and steps, you don't NEED much else. Simple is best
Thanks so much! I've got my runner boards ready to go and a few options on sill protector.
Appreciate the feedback!

Any recommendations on grab handles? I'm not big on the paracord ones and haven't found any metal ones i really like

Do you still recommend the mud flaps if i won't be on many gravel roads? Probably not much off roading either.
When you say you 'wish you'd ordered them new', are you referring to the mud flaps? Are there any specific ones you recommend?

I mean the mud flaps are great in the snow as well, not that you'll get a ton in Nashville. I wish I'd ordered the Ford ones with my vehicle, but I have the IAG offroad ones now, and they're great. But no snow, and no gravel, I'm not sure you need them

Lol thanks so much!
Do you have any suggestions on where to get ppf? I was thinking about high touch areas only. But you recommended gorilla glass and ppf for the radio screen?

I won't be doing much off reading. Do you still recommend, and if so why?
Thanks!
Based on the way the Bronco is configured, and where you live, you’ll still be sending up debris all the way to your door handles. Mine has 18K miles on it and not a single rock chip and the sides are always relatively clean. I’m biased because I own Bro-Flaps, but I designed them for Broncos and only sell flaps for Broncos as a side business because I like to use what I own and keep it nice when I eventually sell. I was shocked at the pricing when I originally went to buy flaps from Ford so I made my own prototypes. My recommendation is at least to get front flaps and rears are optional depending on preference of the look and also how much you care about the people behind you. Also recommend flexible flaps. We sell a lot to people who buy the hard plastic ones and those sometimes crack in car washes and from general use.

You don't need mudflaps, I have 2 sets in my basement I'll never put on. Opt for a phone holder instead

Tackform

Enduro 20LITE Phone Cradle | 20mm Ball | Light Spring tension | For Semi Truck | Black × 1

Bronco 6th Gen Accessory Ready Mounting Ball for Grab Handle and Dashboard | 20mm Metal Ball × 1

Dual 20mm Ball Socket Arm With Elbow | Die Cast Arm With Knob | 4.5" - 7" × 1
7"

My advice is don't buy too much before delivery. You have time. Most stuff you don't need

I would say you dont NEED any of it, just what you'll use. I use my steps and phone holder daily

And I bought things that I think should have come standard from factory but didn't, like hood struts and a metal lockout for the 7speed, but you dont technically need that either
