  1. engine break in

At least mine nearly sounds like a diesel while idling, then quiets down once it switches fully over to direct injection. I wouldn't be surprised if the 2.7s are similar
  2. Canada - Ontario 2022 rock rails/sale or trade

Any chance these are still available?
  3. Thinking about a Bronco

With the rear seats folded down, you end up with a fair bit of room. I had a full size beer keg, plus all of my groceries and hunting gear for a week in the back, with more room for stuff to stack. But if you're planning on camping out of it, you'll need a tent, or a camper.
  4. Keep It Like New

No, I was actually referring to a protector for the top of the dash. Full length lumber in the 2dr has to sit up there, and it scratched the dash under the windshield. Something like a 70's style dashboard shag rug would've prevented that
  5. Keep It Like New

I mean the mud flaps are great in the snow as well, not that you'll get a ton in Nashville. I wish I'd ordered the Ford ones with my vehicle, but I have the IAG offroad ones now, and they're great. But no snow, and no gravel, I'm not sure you need them
  6. Keep It Like New

I wish I'd had a dash protector when I loaned it to my Dad to move 8' lumber with. Also packout crates full of ammo will in fact scratch the sides of the cargo area. As far as serious advice, mudflaps front and rear definitely keep more rocks from hitting the paint on gravel roads, and I wish...
  7. We love Broncos but… what’s the most annoying “small issue” with your Bronco?

That sucks if it is. But it seems an even trade for your configurable DRL's
  8. We love Broncos but… what’s the most annoying “small issue” with your Bronco?

It's called "Key Alert" in vehicle settings. At least in the Canadian market 2025 model
  9. We love Broncos but… what’s the most annoying “small issue” with your Bronco?

Yeah I definitely forgot to update. I'll have my Bronco again tomorrow morning, and I'll check then
  10. We love Broncos but… what’s the most annoying “small issue” with your Bronco?

Probably a problem only for Canadians, (we really should pick one measurement system) but it bothers me that I can't have my dashboard in kmph and the boost pressure in psi. It lets you pick for the tires, so why not use that selection for all pressures?
  11. We love Broncos but… what’s the most annoying “small issue” with your Bronco?

I turned mine off in the settings in the centre console. I believe the setting was called key detection alert, but I'll check when I get in it to go home
  12. RPM Bronco Grille Fuse Light Confusion

I just kind of closed the fuse cover on mine, and it seems to be working fine after 6 months. I'm going to try and find a better way to do it whenever it warms up
  13. What Do Want to See Ford Bring Back on the Bronco

Bench seat for the front, and the ability to disable all the nannying for the manual transmission. Also, not specific to the Bronco, but any vehicle that has a push button ignition should have the touch activated door handles. Nothing more annoying to me than having to dig around in my pocket...
  14. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

Damn that looks nearly the same, if not worse, than mine did before winter killed the bugs (for now). I'll definitely be looking into getting one
  15. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

How well does that bug deflector work? I'm in blackfly country, and although the washer reservoir is generously sized, I do find myself using a lot.
  16. Two Door Tuesday Lets See Them Two Doors

Parking in the snow in my yard, instead of the driveway, is how I let my neighbours know I'm cool 😎. Not pictured is the 2 foot snowbank I have to ramp to get it in there
  17. Heading to the Canadian Auto Show — first time, any tips?

I second @DOUBLED16 on the exotics section. Also, for anything you're doing outside the show, try to get a few blocks away from the convention centre/CN tower minimum to avoid paying the tourist markup
  18. Manual Climate Control Quirk?

Glad it's at least "normal". I was worried it was a bigger problem. After my engine problem and my MIC roof I was not excited at the thought of bringing it back to the dealer again.
  19. Manual Climate Control Quirk?

ASS is disabled with the auto stop eliminator
  20. Manual Climate Control Quirk?

Wondering how normal it is that when my climate control is on 2nd from max or max fan, it will blow pretty hard, then occasionally instantly slow down a bit, then slowly come back up to full speed. Almost as if it's a dc motor running at 14v and then suddenly gets 10v, then slowly climbs back...
