Issues with new Bronco

Took my 1k miles Bronco BadSquatch to the dealership because I heard popping whenever I accelerated and I had a CEL for an O2 sensor. Turns out the fine auto workers in Detroit don't know how to tighten bolts to spec and my driveshaft, axles and a lot of other stuff was loose.

C'mon Ford, stop living up to the expectations people have of you and actually make a good product

Hopefully, you changed the oil while you had in there. It’s the perfect time to get all of that initial engine garbage out of the crank case.

BECAUSE the NEW broncos LOOK good AND i WantED OnE. Is it too much to ask for expensive vehicle to be made correctly?
It's just too bad that they are put together so shoddy

I typically don't buy junk even if it looks good...

Was I supposed to expect Ford to have loose nuts and bolts? Maybe the next Ford I try to buy I should bring a wrench and just make sure the factory put it together correctly.

Ain't just Ford. The driveshaft of my new 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee FELL OFF at a stop sign after I'd owned it for less than a month. Needless to say I didn't own it much longer after that.

Some are obviously put together much better than others. Was yours built on a Friday night? Not that UAW workers would ever pregame the weekend...

Overall I’m pretty darn happy with mine. It’s not perfect. My Maverick seemed to have better tolerances. Nevertheless, I love the Bronco

I love it too and I'm really happy with it. Just disappointed with the quality to price ratio. But overall i'm excited to have such a cool truck

And that is the rub, awesome looking truck, capable as hell, but it cost a small fortune so the expectations were high. Unfortunately it seems on most new vehicles cost do not equal the quality most people would expect. Having said that, I am very happy with ours and have been enjoying it since day one.
