Issue with iPhone Air CarPlay?

Anyone else have issues with the new iPhone Air? (I have a 2025 Bronco Outerbanks) I usually have my display on satellite radio and will toggle back and forth to CarPlay to check / send text messages, etc. Once I switch back and forth after a few times, the CarPlay icon stops responding… either takes 30-40 seconds to respond or doesn’t switch at all. Also, when I plug the phone in direct, it constantly flashes on the screen that its ‘detecting’ my phone. Had it in for service a few days ago and they could not replicate the problem with their own iPhones (not an Air)… The Airs just came out this fall. Any insight / suggestions? It’s incredibly annoying.

I have a ‘24 Badlands and an iPhone 15 pro max. I lose connection frequently and dealership can’t replicate it either.

Many connection issues are simply corrected with a Soft Boot of the entertainment system. Press and hold the Power and FF button simultaneously until the screen blanks out and it should come back and reconnect to everything.
