My Wildtrak was delayed 2 months for QC and had 86 miles on it when I picked it up at the dealership.

Read post #7, I don't know how many miles that entails, but that may extend beyond, trouble on snow mountain.
Edit:
Post #7:
" I work for Ford and work near MAP. They drive them in small convoys - (5-8 of them at a time is what I usually see) - from the plant to storage lots and from storage lots to rail yards and other unknown destinations. It’s not just Broncos - they do it with all of them but F150’s are by far the most common I see. Keep in mind Henry Ford invested heavy into real estate and purchased hundreds of thousands of acres of vacant land all over south eastern Michigan and elsewhere. That land was converted into commercial, industrial and residential sites over the years. Ford Motor Company still owns much of the land under their Ford Land real estate arm. That gives them a lot of locations to store vehicles waiting to be shipped or waiting to be chipped."
I work at MAP and this actually perplexes me because I don't think any one of our drivers ever have to drive that far, my reasoning being that rough road would back up really bad if they were missing drivers for over an hour. I'm not surprised at QLS having the truck pulled for a period of time that obviously happens. Today is a super Saturday so I think I might ask someone today to fulfill my curiosity on the matter.

Besides the testing and parts holds, you ever seen how they load and unload from trains? Wonder how the chips get there? (My 4 door windshield was cracked on arrival.). Yeah, he’s videoing with a few inches to spare on each side.

My 22 WT had 55 miles when I picked it up at the dealer, the funny thing was that I got a text message from the dealer telling me my bronco had arrived, so I told the salesman to text me a picture, as I was in Virginia at the time and that I would be home in 8 days. Got the picture, (nice and clean) when I went to pick it up, I noticed rooster tails on both sides of my bronco plus the 55 miles. I asked the salesman WTF! He told me that the keys were locked up. I showed him the picture he sent me, then he said, so you want it or not? Of course I wanted it, I've been waiting 26 months, they washed it, drove it home pondering about the mess and milage, 42k miles later still running strong.

My 2024 WildTrak had 70 miles on it when I picked it up. It was a dealer trade so some of those miles were from one dealer to the other.

My 2024 had 30 miles on it but it was in Germany and moved from main port to storage port and then back when I paid for it. They are about 10 miles apart according to the guy there. So 70 sounds high to me.

But I also had 2 phones paired, a buff scratch on the passenger front window support, and as I left the port in it I noticed the center 2 clamps for the front roof panels were in the open position.
- so some legitimate movement
- and some idiot movement since they scratched my paint and left the clamps un-clamped

I'd question this 70 miles and ask for written justification or something. Worst case they tell you nothing but maybe they will throw some credit or some Ford toys your way....
