One of the clips is broken. I’ve never removed it, so I’m guessing it was broken at the plant and it just vibrated loose today.

Worst case you get the clip out from behind the panel and JB Weld that sucker back in place. I’ve heard if you mix a little baking soda and super glue it helps strengthen the bond. Never tried it but it’s all over YouTube. Whoever put that speaker cover on at the factory must have smashed it down not fully seated and caused it to snap off. Just my thoughts.

No. I’m one of the lucky few pre dirt mountain deliveries.

Hopefully the rest of the clip isn't stuck up in there and you can have it replaced, it's covered under warranty.

I took my old 2014 fusion in to have the rear speakers replaced before the warranty ran out because they were popping and i was told they were not covered under warranty, so I'll be replacing the stock ones in the Bronco as soon as i get it.

Well if said part we’re to unexpectedly come off while the vehicle was in motion, it could potentially impact the users ability to operate the brake pedal, which could potentially create some (cough) concern and or political traction. Aka liability errrr motivation for the brand in question to remedy the situation and rapidly improve production quality.
