Installed @TeocaliMG 's front diff drop today. I had pre cut the front diff skid beforehand, using Teo's template from another thread.
Cut the front skid plate left rear bracket off, since the drop bracket doesnt have a threaded hole, notched the side of it, and used an unused tapped hole in the frame to secure the front skid plate. I was in a bit of a rush finishing the cuts. I may clean them up later.
Rattle canned that sucker Badlands orange to match.
This kit is installed on my Badlands non Squatch. I have 1.5" spacer lift installed, making the total front shock length 24.5", which is about the same as some aftermarket shock options. I want to keep the axles/cv's in a less drastic operating range.
Post diff drop,.quick road test to settle suspension, ride height.
