Installing pod lights to come on with high beams?

Can anyone provide instructions or tips on wiring some lights to my high beams? I purchased the Diode Dynamics SS3 Pro in the SAE driving pattern. I'm from rural Canada, so these will only be used on dark highways with no oncoming traffic, and my province allows auxiliary high beams if they meet the SAE J581 standard. I have no issue mounting them, but I can't figure out where to find power that's only on with high beams. I would greatly appreciate any help.
