Hello all,
I just received IAG full length EZ steps as a christmas gift from my family (so that they can actually get in and out of the Bronco haha)
Upon opening I noticed a small gouge on the main tube. Pictures below. Overall the steps seem sturdy, well built and look great in my opinion. I reached out to customer support who was also fantastic! They offered to ship some touch up or to even fully exchange if I felt it necessary. My in-laws told me I should consider doing the exchange because of potential rust/powder coat flaking. What do you guys think? I thought a little touch up was more than fine but my in laws got me a little worried. Thanks!
