How to replace 8" LCD with 12" after purchase?

Wouldn't be easier to add the factory tow equipment (and a lot cheaper) then selling, and swapping out 1/4 of the dash?

I was able to add the tow hitch module, ect, and reprogram it in a weekend. it wasn't terribly difficult.

Not easier for me as I don't have your skills and do not know anybody locally who would do it for me. Your threads are very helpful, thanks for putting them together.
I do miss my baby.. Made nothing on the sale as you will not recuperate the cost of all add ons.

At least I have Heritage with tow coming. I am following this thread to learn but know will have to accept the 8in screen and complement it with front/rear cameras.
