How tight should limb risers be

kind of a newbie question, but how tight should the limb riser be. I only know it doesn’t need to be super tight. So in general how tight is too tight?

Think guitar string tension which shoots for 18 lbs. Or a clothesline. You will have increased tension when you contact limbs but you don't want it so high the mounts are over stressed
