You need those tabs (pins) to help set the alignment. I would guess most alignment shops will have them but I've gotten them at NAPA before. Did it snap off or come out cleanly? If it snapped and part of the pin is still in there, that needs to come out.
They broke off, some of the pin is still in there. I called O'Reilly, but they couldn't find anything in their system. I'll try NAPA, but they aren't very close to me. I searched on Amazon since some folks reported good luck there, but I can't find any that say they are compatible with a Ford.

Just called NAPA, they can get me some, only $200 though... special order...

Wow, that number sounds crazy high but I had to replace them on my old Silverado. They might sell them in boxes of like 10 or 20 or possibly more so you may want to double check if that price is for the whole box or if you can just buy as many as you need.

Yeah it was $100 per side, they verified. I ended up buying some from Auto Zone that someone on here said worked. AZ said it wouldn't fit, so we'll see. They were only $40 for both sides.

On a related note, I can't get the lower control arm bolts out no matter what. I've tried to relieve pressure by supporting both the outer and inner joints them using a hammer. No luck though.

Yes, it’s now clear. I didn’t remove via the nut side and, therefore, torqued the cam washer onto bolt pinning washer to frame. Not fun to remove. Note to others…. Put a wrench on bolt side and don’t allow to move and use impact on nut side and bolt slides out without issue. Very simple and kicking myself for such a no brainer. I have all new hardware. Other side was done in an hour and even installed revised crash bars. I look brilliant on other side of car😁
I ran into the same issue. I’ve already got replacement bolts on order and was able to complete the other side the correct way—it only took about 10 minutes to disassemble.

How did you end up removing this bolt? I’ve tried using an air hammer without success. At this point, I’m considering cutting it out with a Sawzall and Dremel.
