I have this happen every so often. I use my winch, hook it on and pulls it straight out flat.

So long as the alignment is ok leave it bent - it can’t bend again if it’s already mashed against the Lca
The issue with this is once bent in it will not let the lower control arm drop as much as it should when wheeling.

Mine have been very bent for two years and most likely restrict travel. I will make time to make or modify the skid to better protect them.

Mine have been very bent for two years and most likely restrict travel. I will make time to make or modify the skid to better protect them.
That's a great idea, if I only had time. I have pulled mine out now three times in four years, so not to bad. The first time it happened I left it for a year and it wore down some of the aluminum on the arm and the rubber. Which meant it was not dropping all the way.
