No doubt. And that's the point. We have to escape this Texas heat and humidity. Last year we found areas that still had snow!

Be sure to check the weather. We've been having a lot of thunderstorms and flooding in different parts of the state.

Where in NM are you headed? Since you're from Texas I'm going to guess Red River

Sounds like a fun trip planned.
Looks like about 6" of sag on the rear of the Bronco. Seems like a lot of empty space on that trailer,
I would personally use the trailer to carry more of the load, that's what they are made for.

There is still snow up on the Monarch Crest Trail outside Salida. Great hike or mnt bike ride.
