Ever since I saw the HD bumper I knew that it was going to be a great spot for lights. I assumed Ford would also recognize that and have some accessory options I could order at the dealerships. Of course, that has not been the case but luckily after-market has our backs. I have seen the 1000 dollar kits that are out there and they do look great but just didn't have the heart to spend that much at once for just the bumper lights. I was VERY excited when @Diode Dynamics started offering a bracket for that space without the lights. For 120 bucks I jumped at it back in November, must not have been alone, because I just got them this week, but it was worth the wait. You can see my first light (more lights to come) on the bracket. Needs a little tweak and a slightly different harness to bring the light into the correct position, but so far I am less than 200 dollars into this project. Here is where I bought the bracket. The lights came from amazon and were 60 dollars, not the best, but they will do a nice job and seem like a decent build quality.

dig the brackets but as the comment above it appears only half the light is functional is it just due to the bracket placement on the LEDS?

The bracket for the lights mounts inside the bumper and add washers to it. So the light is centered, up and down in the hole of the bumper.

Yeah so the bracket from diode is great it gives you lots of flexibility and adjustments. I mentioned I need to tweak the bracket that comes with the light. the standard one the arms were too long and pushes the light lower than it will when I'm done with it. I got it in the mail yesterday literally got it on last night haven't had time to make any adjustments yet.

So it is on that page there's a drop-down where you can select the product details and one of the options is bracket only.

Seems like this would be good way to go with a single row light bar instead of pods.

i think so too!, anyone used any lightbars they recommend on this mount?

Finally someone with some financial sense.
Ditto what the other dude in this thread already said. Stack some washers to gain height and help center the light.

No chance I would ever pay $1000 for this or $700 for the mod bumper winch mount or $1600 for the baja roof lights.

People are straight jumping at the chance to dump cash.

Yeah, this particular set the washer thing wouldn't work, because I need to raise it up. My plan is to drill an additional hole in the side of the mounting brack that attaches to the light housing, which will allow me to bring it up the half in or so I need to center it vertically.

Let's not forget $1000 mudflaps. I wonder how many that do it are ex-Wrangler owners?
