Hardtop roof replacement

I’ve been waiting over a year for a roof replacement on warranty. They finally ordered the right part and have the roof for my two door Bronco the problem is they are waiting for an appointment with the glass company to replace the glass. Is this normal or does the roof come in one piece with all new glass I didn’t think they could replace the side panels on the hard top roof. Can anyone confirm this?

This is correct, roof panels do not come with new glass they re use your existing glass

The dealership also must order the factory headliner separately and install it if your build came with it .

Weird. I got my hardtop replaced 10 months ago in just a few weeks. Glass was swapped, but scratched. Now I have a leak in the rear glass when it rains. Good luck. Fix one thing, tear up another.
