Just imagine the sting for those that paid ADM & want to sell
I think about that from time to time when I'm driving down the road and see other Broncos coming at me in traffic.

I remember back in January of 2024 I went off roading with the local Bronco group and there was this couple that was somehow boasting about paying 15k over for their Badlands. A bunch of us just exchanged a look. Hope that couple is still happy.

If I was ever dumb enough to ever do that, I would hope I would be able to keep that to myself :sneaky:

I know, i just am shocked how much the car has decreased in value after only 2 years and 16k miles
It was a brand new model back then, so barely any used market inventory was available.
Supply chain issues and inflation are way off compared to 2021-2023 period. So, demand isn't as high as it was during those times, which means there are more Broncos available to buyers in both new and used markets.

I knew the jig was over a year ago when I got my 2 door 2.7 badlands for $10k off. 4 doors were only a little if any off. Like you said, now the new is wore off and they’re not selling as hot, it goes like that. Just wondering, you upgrading or getting out of the bronco all together?

While those high dollar Bronco's are taking a beating, those $30k Base Bronco's don't look like they've taken much of a hit.
The Base model will always hold it's value the most. We are all just driving Base models with additional options.

A higher trim outside of the factory warranty will depreciate even more. I keep an eye on 2-dr FEs built to the same spec as VIN 001. One had 16k miles on the clock and the asking price was 44k. IMO, it is still too high with it being out of factory warranty and with multiple recalls on it. @38k, it would be in my driveway.

Gee, there are still people out there that are surprised that a new car looses a large chunk of it's resale value in the first few years? It was all about supply and demand for the hot new Bronco. With well stocked dealer lots now and an embarrassing steam of recalls, the markup window on used has slammed shut. This is the time when we start separating the people who wanted the Bronco for flash and flipping and the rest of us who wanted it for their outdoor lifestyle. I'm down 10K on my resale value search but that is OK with me because I will never realize that loss as I plan on enjoying this ride for a long, long time 😊

With recent sales tactics, clearance prices and current 0% on new ones. It will hurt used prices.

Over supply vs lowered demand plus stupid high prices from Ford and morons who paid dealer markups attempting to get out from under their stupidity compounded by quality issues will make for a hard time selling a car.

I remember the days when you could get way more than you paid if you sold your Bronco back To a dealer. That whole first few years was total madness. Those days are long gone. The Bronco is just another SUV losing value with every mile.
I was one of the lucky ones that got a '21 built, which is fantastic because I really wanted Antimatter Blue and it had quickly been announced that the color would be discontinued after the short run of '21 builds. During that time, my buddy worked at the local vehicle auction house and Bronco's were going for $90k-$100k. When I stopped by to visit my buddy, I was offered $80k from a dealer for my Bronco. It was super tough...financially taking the money was the smart thing to do. Pays off the Bronco, mostly pays for the one I would re-order. Downside was, who knows when I would get it. Totally could have bought a Wrangler or something else to hold me over, but dang if I didn't just love this vehicle. Some would call me dumb, but I have no ragrets.

Also, those like me with the now old 2.3L engine design are going to be taking an even bigger resale value hit.
I have the 2.3L as well🙃
