If anyone in the greater Atlanta area needs one, I have an old front mount for the capable bumper from @HBTFD that I no longer use. I needed it when I lived in California for a little bit. It did the job, but I took it off as soon as I left. Unfortunately, I realize that people in Georgia are not a great market for this. Maybe I'll bring it up to my daughter near Detroit and let her sell it or give it away.

I was able to literally set my plate like this with the factory plate holder just drill it onto the area you have this at no extra cost

I’m sure it would work. I just was not interested in keeping plastic factory mount or drilling into the bumper.

UPDATE: For those of us with the capable bumper and who don’t want to drill holes in the front of their broncos for the license plate, I thought I’d share a few options that have been brought to my attention after originally posting here a rudimentary zip tie solution to at least get the plate on the truck for those of us who live in mandatory front plate states. Thanks to @Karl_in_Chicago, @ColoradoBroncoFan and @Tripodbruno for their contributions. If anyone else has additional options please post them.

I have the slanted DV8. It looks awesome IMO. Easy to install.

I recommend Sto N Sho. I was one of their first customers with the capable bumper. I used them on my mustangs. They are all metal and can quick detach if you are going off-roading or at a car show.
