If I follow this correctly, the entire rod end/piston rod needs to rotate just a little so the bolt hole align. There is a lot of force from the spring pushing down on the lower spring perch/rod end, keeping it from rotating easily. If you cannot get a firm grip on it and rotate by hand, you may have to get creative and use some leverage to rotate it. Shouldnt take much to get them aligned

Just picked my Fox 2.5’s up from Camburg last week and my UCA’s this week. Going to start the instal this weekend. Any other problems that you ran into? How does the bronco sit with the factory preload that Fox set?

Out of the box, it sat a little nose high. Spring rates in the rear are too soft, we're currently working on a solution. We are expecting to do quite a bit of tuning to get these riding how they should.

Do you guys plan on reporting your findings to Fox? It sounds like that's something that needs to be revised by them as a product ready to go out of the box rather than a 3rd party finding a solution.

Not really something for us to tell a large manufacture like that to change. The way they are being sold may be fine for them and others.

This is just an example of the values we provide to our customers, making something good, great!

I guess I should've asked, on your application do you guys have added weight on the back of the Bronco or is it stock where you're seeing the rears being too soft?

Also curious here if anyone knows what the minimum amount of lift over SAS or HOSS 3 is? The adjustable dampening is appealing but I'm probably not going to run 37s.

Thanks for the info. I’m still trying to decide on new wheels so everything is still sitting on a workbench. That was my fear that the front or back would be too high/low… at least the rear seems easier to pull out and adjust than the front shocks.

Still working on the specifics, but we will be offering a different piston and spring upgrade for the rear Fox shocks. Spring rate is too soft in our opinion and valving needed some help.
